Azores and Back Yacht Race 2011

After Sam White and Richard Raistricks efforts on the race to the Azores the race home will see Sam's first solo ocean race. The competion comprises some of the finest sailors in the UK and thanks to a great race here Sam is still well within sight of a podium finish. This is Yacht racing at its best and of course anything could happen in the next 1250 miles.

Going no where fast!

Wind has died, tide against us! Looks like a good few hour yet before
we finish- I refer you all to the last coment of previous Blog!
We'll just wait and see.....

    good blogging chaps....I can see that fastrak is out to the east with some distance to go and you are still ahead of Taika....you may get them both!
    Bloody addictive this...got home from work at 0040 this morning and just had to see where you were( and some b@$ter* had nicked my bike from the train station!)If the Solent mafia are putting out a stinger,I will lay some crab pots due south of the clubhouse...
