Azores and Back Yacht Race 2011

After Sam White and Richard Raistricks efforts on the race to the Azores the race home will see Sam's first solo ocean race. The competion comprises some of the finest sailors in the UK and thanks to a great race here Sam is still well within sight of a podium finish. This is Yacht racing at its best and of course anything could happen in the next 1250 miles.

What is it with me and Toe's??

2 days before setting sail for the Round Britain last year I kicked something on the boat and broke my Toe! This morning I put a bit too much weight on the same toe and it snapped in the same place- bugger!!

Oh well, Onwards and upwards!!

    There's a slight irony given that you're supporting "Toe in the Water"! Good luck for the race. No doubt I'll get less done in work whilst keeping an eye on the tracker :-)
